Michelle works closely with celebrities, managers, executives, and businesses to provide one-on-one support for the CEO. She assists with administrative and personal tasks like travel planning, diary management, email management, taking minutes, maintaining office filing systems and corresponding with people on behalf of her employer.
She acts as the CEO’s first point of contact and is responsible for ensuring that her employer’s day runs as smoothly as possible. She effectively manages her employer’s clients and often responds to messages, manages follow-up calls, and organizes meetings and other appointments. She also organizes internal and personal events.

She develops strategies to increase the business’s operations efficiency, coordinating staff development activities and creating productive working environments. She is responsible for managing the human resources needs. She works closely with the CEO to help grow the company by optimizing employee engagement, retention, and recruitment practices. She oversees all aspects regarding human resources.

She executes the company’s business plans. She manages and handles the daily business operations of the company, working closely with department heads and supervisors to support the day-to-day activity of employees.

She is responsible for overseeing the organizational elements of the company. The Administrative Director is in charge of mid- and entry-level staff, and other executives, such as the Administrative Manager, and takes care of the administrative functions between departments, reporting directly to the CEO.

She is responsible for overseeing and directing educational policies, programs, and initiatives within our educational organizations. She provides strategic leadership and guidance to improve educational outcomes and standards.

As CEO, my job is making major decisions, driving the direction the company takes, supervising other executives and overseeing growth plans. My job is to also make sure all projects are executed successfully, and that the company is run smoothly to assure satisfaction to all of my employee's, customer's, and client’s expectations.
