WHO WE ARE
Lowe's I Promise To Care Foundation is a for-profit Fundraising Organization. We provide services, and referral services for the homeless, and for those who are in need, we help them get employed to get their lives back.

A. Michelle Lowe-Quinn, Founder, and Director of Fundaisers and events, is responsible for raising money on behalf of organizations - often non-profit groups such as charities. She delivers workable ideas to hit the annual targets and then turn it into a reality.
Her fundraising events featured entertainment at the Palm Beach Improv, and B.B. King's Blues Club, West Palm Beach, FL, and Orlando, FL, spotlighting acts such as; Tony Rock, Comedian Bob Marley, Preacher Lawson, James Davis, Brad Williams, John Heffron, and countless celebrity acts.
A. Michelle Lowe-Quinn, is continuing the legacy of her mother, Dr. Minnie Lowe, while helping other organizations, making a difference.
WE PROVIDE RESPITE CARE
We offer Respite Care to relieve caregivers, giving the caregivers time for themselves, for a much needed break. We also offer companion services, and we offer light cleaning and shopping services.
We take special care of those who we care for. Caregivers can put their minds at ease, because they know that we care for their loved ones as if they are our own. We love what we do, and we take pride in what we do. What exactly is Respite Care?
Respite care provides short-term relief for primary caregivers, giving them time to rest, travel, or spend time with other family and friends.
The care may last anywhere from a few hours to several weeks at a time. Caregiving is not easy, not for the caregiver and not for the person receiving care.
The ongoing demands of taking care of someone else can strain even the most resilient person. That’s why it’s critical for caregivers to ask for help and take a break when they need it.
