Lowe's I Promise To Care Foundation
Lowe's I Promise To Care Foundation, Established in 2015, is a for-profit Fundraising Organization. We provide services, and referral services for those who are in need. We sponsor fundraiser events to assist organizations with their financial goals, and we assist individuals who are in desperate need of assistance and support nationwide.
Our Story
When A. Michelle Lowe-Quinn was a child, with her allowances she's paid for dine outs, movies, concerts, hosting pool parties and cook outs at her home for her friends and the neighborhood. She took her friends with her all over the country to theme parks, and museums. She was taught that it is better to give than to receive, and she always gave never receiving anything back. Not only did she give, whatever she had she always shared whatever she had.
A. Michelle Lowe-Quinn, Founder, and Director of Fundraisers and events, is responsible for raising money on behalf of organizations - often non-profit groups such as charities. She delivers workable ideas to hit the annual targets and then turn it into a reality.
She works closely with organizations and venues to sponsor and promote events to raise funds for non-profit organizations, and for those less fortunate. Her fundraising events featured entertainment at venues such as The Blue Martini, West Palm Beach, FL, the B.B. King's Blues Club, West Palm Beach, FL, and Orlando, FL, and Palm Beach Improv, spotlighting acts such as Tony Rock, Comedian Bob Marley, Preacher Lawson, James Davis, Brad Williams, John Heffron, and countless celebrity acts.
A. Michelle Lowe-Quinn is making a legacy of her own, the same as her mother, Dr. Minnie Lowe, who never forgot to show others that someone cares, by housing the homeless, feeding the hungry, paying utility bills, clothing the naked, out of her own pocket, without any assistance. A. Michelle Lowe-Quinn has a charge to keep, to always care by helping those in need while helping other organizations make a difference.
" I couldn't understand why I had to go through so many things. I've been blessed all of my life. But, God allowed me to experience homelessness, and all kinds of hardships. God was preparing me for what I'm doing today. He wanted me to know what it feels like to be rejected, to feel unloved, to feel forsaken, so that I could relate with the people, I'd know what they're feeling. I never stopped helping others, even during my hardships, and God blessed me. When we're blessed, we're supposed to pass it on."
Wigs For Little Girls
Custom adjustable wigs for little girls who have lost their hair due to illnesses, so that these little Princesses won't feel sad about having lost their hair. Any length, and various styles, from braided wigs with or without beads, wigs with ponytails, twists, and more.
We Help Those In Need
There are very many people who are in need of support with housing expenses, food, clothes, shoes, medication expenses, and various needs. But, most people just don't care about others. We promise to care.
Non-Medical Respite Care
What is Respite Care? Respite care aims to prevent caregiver burnout and provide a break for individuals who dedicate significant time to caring for others, often those with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or aging needs.
We provide the highest level of care for your loved ones while you receive the much needed time for yourself. Lowe’s I Promise To Care Foundation provides other services such as Light cleaning and laundry services.
We provide companion services for those who just want to share their day with someone to talk to, and to assist them with non-medical services. We bring relief to caregivers, and provide companions for their loved ones.
