Lowe's I Promise To Care Foundation
Lowe's I Promise To Care Foundation, Established in 2015, is a for-profit Fundraising Organization. We provide services, and referral services for the homeless, less fortunate, and for those who are in need of support. We help the unemployed to get employed to get their lives back. We sponsor fundraiser events to assist organizations with their financial goals and individuals who are in desperate need of assistance and support.

A. Michelle Lowe-Quinn as a child, she loved people, she inherited her mother's need to always give to, and share with others. With her allowances she paid for dine outs, movies, concerts, hosting pool parties and cook outs at her home for her friends and the neighborhood. She was taught that it is better to give than to receive, and she always gave never receiving anything back. Not only did she give, whatever she had she always shared.
A. Michelle Lowe-Quinn, Founder, and Director of Fundraisers and events, is responsible for raising money on behalf of organizations - often non-profit groups such as charities. She delivers workable ideas to hit the annual targets and then turn it into a reality.
She works closely with venues to sponsor and promote events to raise funds for those less fortunate. Her fundraising events featured entertainment at venues such as the Palm Beach Improv, and B.B. King's Blues Club, West Palm Beach, FL, and Orlando, FL, spotlighting acts such as Tony Rock, Comedian Bob Marley, Preacher Lawson, James Davis, Brad Williams, John Heffron, and countless celebrity acts.
A. Michelle Lowe-Quinn is continuing the legacy of her mother, Dr. Minnie Lowe-Joyner, who never forgot to show others that someone cares, by housing the homeless, feeding the hungry, paying utility bills, clothing the naked, out of her own pocket, without any assistance. A. Michelle Lowe-Quinn has a charge to keep, to always help those in need, and to always care, while helping other organizations, making a difference.
Non-Medical Respite Care
What is Respite Care? Respite care aims to prevent caregiver burnout and provide a break for individuals who dedicate significant time to caring for others, often those with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or aging needs.
We provide the highest level of care for your loved ones while you receive the much needed time for yourself. Lowe’s I Promise To Care Foundation provides other services such as Light cleaning and laundry services.
We provide companion services for those who just want to share their day with someone to talk to, and to assist them with non-medical services. Non-medical services are not always covered by insurances, not to worry, we provide affordable services.
Non-Emergency | Non-Medical Transportation Services
Our transportation services are for those who need transportation with disabilities but are semi-independent. Individuals must be able to transfer to and from a wheelchair into and from a vehicle without BLS equipment. We will transport individuals to and from work, medical appointments, extended travel destinations (Airports/Train Stations), and generally anywhere they need to go within Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami- Dade counties. We also provide grocery shopping, pickup and drop off food services from restaurants. We provide courier services and store pickup services.
Transportation to healthcare appointments, or transportation services to pick up medication from a pharmacy may be covered by some insurances. For more information, or to schedule an appointment for services,

Pet Notice
For the safety of our drivers, all pets must be put up before Transportation Services arrive. No animals, including Service Dogs, or Emotional Support animals are not allowed in the vehicles. Although we love animals, not all pets are friendly, even the friendly pets aren't always friendly. To prevent any accidental mishaps, and for the safety of all parties involved, it is required to have your pets put up safely and secured before the drivers arrive and return to bring you back.
