Turnaround Time

 Because most of our products are customized, the cost and turnaround time will vary. All of our products are purchased by phone. This includes, but is not limited to Imperial Wigs, and Designs By A. Michelle. We will provide you with the highest level of quality products and Customer Care. 

We Accept All Major Credit & Debit Cards

For your convenience we accept all major Credit and Debit cards. All purchases are done securely by phone. You will receive a receipt immediately upon purchase, along with an order form of the item (s) you've ordered.

Fraud Prevention

To help prevent fraud, you will be prompted to record an Audio Receipt,  which we will keep on file, you will receive a copy for your records. You may be prompted to scan and submit your ID, along with a Video Receipt, which we will keep on file, you will receive a copy for your records. These are the steps that we take to help prevent fraud. 


This process helps protect all parties involved; the consumer, banks, and it is also for our protection. This process is used with every transaction, including returns and or exchanges.

Service Refunds

Services such as Transportation Services, refunds will be issued should we fall short on our end. If we are responsible for the customer being late, if the customer had an unpleasant experience with our driver or our service.  All of our vehicles are monitored via video and audio. 


If the services that you received was paid with one of our Gift Cards, we will issue another Gift Card in the amount of the original Gift Card. Service refund requests must be issued within twenty-four

 ( 24 ) hours of the service provided. In the event a service refund request is requested after twenty-four ( 24 ) hours, a refund will not be issued. 


Other services such as Audio Visual Recordings, and Audio Recordings, must request a refund within twenty-four ( 24 ) hours of service to receive a refund. Refunds will be issued only if we are responsible for not providing the services paid for satisfactorily within the highest level of quality. 


Donations Are Non Refundable

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.


Exchanges: (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Items Returned Within 30 Days Of Delivery:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or text message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card. The amount of days it will take to reflect in your account varies per bank.


Late Or Missing Refunds:

If your refund doesn't arrive within a reasonable amount of time, check your bank account, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of the above, and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at 561-612-4114 Extension 1001.


Return Shipping:

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to our return address located on the parcel that we sent your 

item (s) in.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Shipping & Handling Fees

The shipping and handling fees will be included with your sales quote. The taxes will be also included. Shipping, Handling, and Taxes are included at the point of sale. You will receive a receipt upon purchase. Upon ordering your items, you will receive an order form via email or by text message. When your package has been sent, you will receive notification with an expected time of arrival, and a tracking number.

Appointments & Deliveries Disclosure:

We do not accept physical walk-in appointments. We do not receive paper mail. We do not receive physical package deliveries at our offices. All of our services are provided virtually, except where specified otherwise. If in the event that a refund is honored, and the item ( s ) needs to be sent back to us, packages are sent to our warehouse.
